March and Rally Downtown

March and rally for comprehensive immigration reform  April 10, as part of a national effort. Start: 3 p.m. at Leech Grove on the UTEP campus. Rally around 5 p.m. at San Jacinto Plaza. We expect more than 1,500 participants including elected officials.
