Rally December 2009

The Border Network for Human Rights welcomed the introduction of Rep. Luis Gutierrez’s comprehensive immigration reform bill -called CIR-ASAP- with a rally at San Jacinto Plaza December 15, 2009. Speakers such as El Paso Sheriff Richard Wiles, represenattives from Rep. Silvestre Reyes’ office and Father Arturo Banuelas, joined community members to applaud the renewed effort to pass immigration reform.
